Valerie is a proud Colorado native who loves Northern Colorado! She purchased her first home at the age of 21 and has continued buying and selling homes ever since. After graduating from Northern Colorado College of Real Estate in the top of her class, she opened Keva Properties in 2004.
She believes in placing her client's needs and goals at the forefront of every transaction. She has established deep and meaningful relationships in Northern Colorado that offers her client's exclusive access to what is happening now and what is planned for our community. She and her husband Keith have been happily married since 1993 and are the proud parents of Emily and Austin. The Emrick family are lovers of everything outdoors and dogs of all sizes. They enjoy life with their dogs, camping, sports, cooking and game nights friends. They are also big supporters of Keith's alum Colorado State University.

Emily is a proud Colorado native who joined the family business after attending CSU. She contributes such positivity to the company. She purchased her first home at the age of 24 and is helping others achieve the dream of homeownership.
She and her fiancé Dylan often frequent the downtown scene and are big supporters of the great restaurants and brewery spots Loveland is known for. They love the lively and growing community here in Northern Colorado!
Emily loves meeting new people and guiding them in their journeys towards home ownership. In her free time, she delights friends and family with her culinary skills! She enjoys hiking/running, camping and animals. She rescued her sweet dog Bella from the streets of Nepal. What started out as a foster sponsor for Bella then turned into an adoption and the sweetest love story.
