Valerie Emrick - Owner/Broker
Valerie is a proud Colorado native who loves Northern Colorado! She purchased her first home at the age of 21 and has continued buying and selling homes ever since. After graduating from Northern Colorado College of Real Estate in the top of her class, she opened Keva Properties in 2004.
She believes in placing her client's needs and goals at the forefront of every transaction. She has established deep and meaningful relationships in Northern Colorado that offers her client's exclusive access to what is happening now and what is planned for our community. This allows for her clients to have all the facts they need to make informed decisions about their Sales and Purchases in Real Estate.
She and her husband Keith have been happily married since 1993 and are the proud parents of Emily and Austin. The Emrick family are lovers of everything outdoors and dogs of all sizes. They enjoy life with their dogs, camping, sports, cooking and game nights friends. They are also big supporters of Keith's alum Colorado State University.
Emily Culp - Associate Broker
Emily is a born and raised Colorado girl. Her family is her pride and joy, her husband Dylan, daughter Vivian, and their dog Bella. Their favorite way to spend their free time is by enjoying the beautiful Colorado outdoors by camping, hiking, and exploring their favorite mountain towns like Estes Park or Breckenridge. Emily also finds joy in cooking, decorating, and spending time with loved ones (especially if she gets to cook for them).
Emily became a licensed realtor at the young age of 21, and has continued to discover her passion in helping her clients in the biggest transitions of their lives. First homes, downsizing, multigenerational-living dreams and anything in between have taught her just how important her role is as a trusted real estate professional.
After almost a decade in the real estate industry, Emily has guided her clients through varying Northern Colorado markets and has found some things to always be true no matter the market conditions- kindness, humility, and open lines of communication will always serve you and your clients well. Jena Monahan - Associate Broker
Jena was born and raised throughout Northern Colorado and is elated to be working alongside her aunt Valerie and cousin Emily. She married her late husband Michael in September 2016 and was blessed with an incredible bonus son; they then welcomed two more beautiful boys in 2020 and 2023. Jena and Michael purchased their first home in 2017 and went on to design, build, and purchase their second home in 2020.
When Jena’s not caring for her three boys or her fur babies, she assists clients in navigating the competitive real estate market. With over a decade of experience in human services and a degree from Colorado State University, Jena has honed exceptional skills in problem-solving, negotiation, and customer service - making her an invaluable asset to her clients.
